Colette Rowe – Property Manager

Colette joined Ronald A. Mather Construction Company in 2013. She is currently in charge of maintaining nearly 1,000,000 square feet of Mather property.

Colette feels that it is her full responsibility to maintain good relationships with tenants once they have moved into any Mather property. Colette is dedicated to making sure that everything is in top shape so that tenants can operate in full force without having to worry about their property.

We offer residential leasing in the Two Trails neighborhood, located near 135th and Ridgeview Road in Olathe. The duplexes all feature the same floor plans, with just minor differences in flooring and trim colors throughout the units.

These split level 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom floor plans are very popular. Each duplex has a 1 car garage and basement. The split level design allows you to spread out a bit!
